Acceptance of Terms

By registering with ArmsAhoy.com, you confirm that:

  • You meet the legal age requirements for purchasing firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.
  • No local, state, or federal laws prohibit you from owning, purchasing, or receiving the items available on our site.
  • You understand and agree that all orders are subject to review and approval by Arms Ahoy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Customer Responsibility & Legal Compliance

By placing an order on ArmsAhoy.com, you affirm the following:

  • You are a U.S. citizen and not an illegal or unlawful alien.
  • You are 21 years or older if purchasing handgun ammunition, a handgun, or a receiver, and 18 years or older (21 in Florida) if purchasing rifle ammunition or a rifle.
  • The purchase of firearms, ammunition, or accessories through Arms Ahoy does not violate any state or local law.
  • You are not under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year.
  • You are not a fugitive from justice and not addicted to controlled substances.
  • You have never been adjudicated as mentally incompetent or committed to a mental institution.
  • You have never been dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces.
  • You have not renounced U.S. citizenship and are not subject to any restraining order.
  • You have not been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence.
  • All products purchased will be used lawfully and responsibly.

Firearms Sales & Transfers

All firearm sales must be shipped to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure the FFL dealer will accept the transfer before placing an order.
  • Confirm the FFL’s business address and verify their current operating status.
  • Be aware of any additional transfer fees charged by the FFL.

Once the firearm is shipped, you must pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS) at the FFL location before taking possession. All firearm sales are final after transfer is complete.

If the FFL refuses the transfer, is unavailable upon delivery, or if the package is returned due to incorrect FFL details, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions for Firearms, Ammunition & Magazines

We comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories. Arms Ahoy does not ship to areas where such sales are restricted.

Important Notes:

  • Ammunition shipments to restricted states require a valid FFL or FOID/FID.
  • All firearms must be shipped to an FFL for processing.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • We do not ship outside the continental United States.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with state and local laws before purchasing.

Failure to provide the required FFL/FOID documentation after placing an order may result in processing delays or order cancellation with a 20% cancellation fee.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. This includes:

  • Changes to billing or shipping information.
  • Adding or removing items.
  • Applying discount codes after checkout.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If an order is refused upon delivery, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will be applied.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Final Sale Items

  • All sales of ammunition, gunpowder, and primers are final.
  • Special order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after processing.

Standard Return Policy

For eligible products, returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, email armsahoy@gmail.com with your order number and return request. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
  • Manufacturer defects: If an item is defective, Arms Ahoy will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund upon inspection.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable fees. Processing may take up to 5 business days.

For defective products under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Liability Disclaimer & Customer Indemnification

By placing an order with Arms Ahoy, you agree to release Arms Ahoy from liability related to:

  • The use, storage, or transportation of purchased products.
  • Any third-party use or misuse of purchased products.

If another party files a claim against Arms Ahoy, you agree to indemnify and defend Arms Ahoy, its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any legal action arising from your order or product use.

Errors, Omissions & Pricing Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and inventory, occasional errors may occur.

  • Arms Ahoy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors in pricing, descriptions, or stock availability.
  • If an order is canceled due to an error, the customer will be refunded in full.

Our website may include links to third-party websites for additional services or information. Arms Ahoy is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site.
